Initial orders require 50% down at time the order is placed, and balance due at pick-up or before the order is shipped. After initial order, terms are COD unless a credit application is completed and approved. With approval, terms are Net 30 from the date of the invoice.
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Checks and Cash. Open terms are available to customers after credit approval with NPG, Inc. Aging on open terms start from the date of invoice. NPG, Inc. reserves the right to revoke credit terms at any time without notice.

Cancelled, changed or neglected wearables orders: Cancelled or Neglected orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus freight charges. If changes are requested on an order already in production, you may be assessed a 10% restocking fee.
Shortages/Damaged Goods: When inspecting your completed order, if goods are missing or damaged, please contact us right away. If we support your claim a credit note will be generated, or a replacement will be issued at no charge.
Less than Minimums: Embroidered orders of less than 12 pieces, Screen Printed orders of less than 36 pieces, and advertising specialty orders of less than the catalog quantity will be subject to a $37.50 less than minimum charge, and other applicable charges to meet the minimum billing requirement of $95.00 per order. Please ask your sales rep for further details.
Artwork Production
Artwork approval is required before an order can enter production. Be sure to check spelling, grammar, layout/locations and colors very carefully, as we assume no responsibility for misspelled or incorrect logos after approval has been made. You will still be held liable for payment.
Samples
Samples may be provided upon request with approval, and charges may apply.
Returned Check Policy
A $10.00 service charge will be applied to all returned checks.
Shipping/Handling
Shipping charges are additional and will be billed standard rates from manufacturing facility. Rates will vary based on location of warehouse, where the goods are manufactured, and the ship method used. Expedited shipping is available, and additional charges will apply.
